Ups and Downs

Isn't it funny how life always has Ups and Downs?

One minute you are jumping High
and the next thing you know it, you are
Down?!

You almost get this adrenaline rush from jumping so high
and then when you come down, you feel the deflation of your lungs
or in my case like I have to go to the bathroom right now?!
(giggles :)

I sometimes feel this way when my spirit takes a giant
leap and then someone or something deflates it.

Like the devil is trying to steer you wrong.

Everyone has an opinion with an opinion now a days, but suddenly when you think everything is going good, the devil come along side you and pulls the plug.

You know how frustrating that can be?!

I always have to tell myself :
God is ALWAYS in control of every situation!

Don't let the devil pull your plug!!

I guess what I am trying to get at is that when someone throws you a lemon, make grape juice and watch as everyone turns around and says how'd she do that?!

And even better, the devil will be stumped and you have won!

Take a stand, hold fast and enjoy the jump!!

Rise up O' Lord, confront them, bring them down;
rescue me from the wicked by your sword.
Psalms 17:13

Blessings,

Hi Amy! What a relatable post today. Of course, we all take good strides, only to be pushed back. I need to refuse to go there. God doesn't want me to go back, but to march forward :)

Such an uplifting post today! Thank you, Amy. I always come away blessed by you.

Happy Tuesday!
