Love Anyways...

I have always liked this picture.

I see it on everything!

So... what's it really telling us then?

Love is caring for each other
even when you are angry!

We need not be angry?  Hurt?

We all have those moments where we feel
a tad agitated or angry
at our spouse.

OR...

We are overly tired and we snap at our kids and/or our spouse,
for the smallest of things.

Been there, done that!

We all need love even when we think we don't.
Especially when we want to be mad for a moment!

Don't stay mad at your spouse and/or children
and never go to bed angry!

Have you heard that before?

Well...
It solves absolutely nothing!

Talk it out, work through your hurt feelings.
Don't hold things in... EVER!

Pray and Pray together!

You'll be glad you did.

And in the end...

Respect is what we owe;
love, what you give.

Love:
Bears all things,
believes all things,
hopes all things,
endures all things.

1 Corinthians 13:7

I just loved the picture Amy… what a crack up, and so sweet as well. It is a wonderful thing that as we age, we learn to put away what ever makes us angry, or get over it much more quickly, without having to be so serious, or easily offended. I love what you said about praying together; we do that so much more in our life now than we used to it, and it is truly like a shield. Have a lovely week.
Love and Blessings,
Pam

Hi Amy! I've never seen this image before, so thanks for sharing one of your favorites!
Loving through hard times is tough, but it only gets tougher if I refuse to forgive, or mend the problem. I like the advice of not going to bed mad. It's an old saying, but it's old because it's true. Who wants to wake up mad? Ugh.

Hope you are doing well, and the family too! We just got back from our road trip to Mt. Rushmore. It was fun and exhausting all at the same time.
Blessings!
