Strawberry shortcake is so scrumptious! I have strawberries growing in our garden for the second year now and I'm very much looking forward to making some of this! Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Hi Amy! Happy Mother's Day to you, my friend! I hope the men in your life are letting you know just how special you are.
The weather is finally changing, and it was in the high 60's today. I wondered if you got any of the snow that we saw on the new. Yikes, enough winter already! I had a nice day, took a little shopping trip and visited my mom at the cemetery. I know she's with me everywhere, but I like going there too.
My husband is making me dinner (yum!) and I look forward to just relaxing!
God bless you and your family!
