Spring Time Bliss...

WELCOME SPRING!

Hello All!

I think Spring has finally arrived!!

My rhubarb is starting to pop up from under the dirt!

Such a pretty site!

Flowers are green and ready to bloom very soon!

Our strawberries are starting to come to life!

Even some of our trees are starting to bud!

Simply Beautiful!

We worked outside all day yesterday.

We planted a few bulbs of strawberries and rhubarb
A few bulbs of Gladiolas flowers
Cleaned up the yard
Cut back some decorative grass and bushes
Swept up our sidewalks
and washed my muddy car and our ATV's.

Guess how warm it was here, in our neck of the woods?

80 degrees!

Yep and we all got the sunburns to prove it!

Now that is what we call a gorgeous Sunday afternoon!!
I love Spring, how bout you all?

Did you have a nice weekend?

I hope you all get a chance to get outside
and enjoy some fresh Spring air!

Until next time...

I have a few green heads sticking up out of the dirt, and I can't wait to see happy flowering blooms soon! Loved hearing about spring in your neck of the world, it is always great to have those kind of days! Wow, to to go from snow a couple of weeks ago to 80 degrees! Warmest day here so far was in the 60s. But joy of joys, I do believe spring is on its way :)

Hugs to you and your family today :)

Yes, Let the Spring come and stay for a while... Spring always gives me HOPE!

Loved the pictures of new life and green color means living and fruit yet to come!
The season of clean up and regaining strength from the long winter.

Hi Amy, So nice to find you again. It's Mildred from Georgia. We have been enjoying warm temps, too. After a freak ice storm a few weeks back, we are delighted to see signs of flowers and trees blooming. Wishing you a nice upcoming weekend.

Yes, the temp. has come up around here too. A few days in the 80's for us as well. I love all of your pictures, and love to think that spring is actually coming to Colorado. Speaking of sunburn, I got a nice one yesterday; been doctoring it with essential oils and aloe vera. Steve is al ways trying to get me to wear a hat, but I have a hard time putting on a hat. Love your rhubarb, I was always just a tiny bit envious of your lovely rhubarb. But I am actually growing a pot of it now; so I guess I can actually manage to grown rhubarb in FLorida… well so far so good anyway. Can't wait to have my first pie of it. Enjoyed all of your updates and pictures Amy; have a wonderful weekend. Love and blessings,
Pam

Spring has definitely sprung in your neck of the woods :) We have some green grass here and a few buds on the trees, but that is about all. Soon I will see the rhubarb popping up and I can't wait :)

Thinking of you, sweet friend. Enjoy your day! Hugs!
