Dinner Time is Served!

Broccoli Chicken Curry

This meal is so simple, you can make it with your eyes closed.
Well not really, unless you are really talented.
But, this is super easy to make!

1 bunch fresh Broccoli (or 1 bag frozen Broccoli) Cooked
3 1/2 cubed cooked chicken
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp. Curry Powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
Pepper to taste
2 cups Shredded Cheese
1 cup Crushed Ritz crackers

Grease a 9X13 pan, layer the broccoli and chicken. In a medium bowl, combine the soups, mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices; pour over chicken.
Sprinkle the chicken mixture with the cheese and then top with the crackers.
Cover and Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until heated through and bubbly.

Serve with rice if desired.

This is one of my kiddos favorite recipe. Even the pickiest of kids will eat it.

Yummy!!
