This is the best time of year to get in your
kitchen and do some baking.

I love coming up with new ideas,
baking them and giving them away for others to enjoy!

If you don't personally know me,
then let me just say one thing.

I am a Graceful Giver and for that I have been truly
blessed and God loves those who are Givers
that don't expect things in return.
It's such a great feeling to be able to help someone in need.
To be able to help a family that is struggling to put food on their tables
or to just simply bless someone with a fresh baked goody.

Pumpkin Bread
3 1/2 cups Flour ( I use 1/2 white, 1/2 wheat)
2 cups Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Allspice
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Cloves
4 eggs
1 can (15oz.) Solid Packed Pumpkin
3/4 cup Veg. Oil
2/3 cup Water
*1/2 cup Pecan, chopped (Optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3 bread pans, set aside.
Combine all the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Stir in all wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour pumpkin batter equally into the 3 bread pans. Sprinkle batter with nuts if desired.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when poked.
This has got to be one of my favorite quick breads!
Enjoy!
I WILL bless her with abundant provisions;
her poor will I satisfy with food.
