I love making anything Stir Fry!
You can add almost anything to your pan and cook away.
If you love Curry then this one is for you!
Curry Pork Stir Fry
2 Crowns Broccoli- Steamed and cut into chunks
1/2 Cup Snow Peas-washed and snipped
1 Carrot- shredded
1/2 onion- chopped (I used a red onion)
*1/2 to 1 Cup- Cooked Diced Smoked Pork (regular pork will be just fine also)
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Curry Powder (or more if you choose)
Garlic Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
In a hot pan, melt butter and oil.
Stir in Broccoli, Snow Peas, Carrot and Onion and cook until tender.
Stir in Cooked Pork and spices.
I put my stir fry over rice, but you can also try pasta. It's yummy either way.
ENJOY!
* I have cooked smoked pork in my freezer (thanks to my hubby). So, if you have raw pork, cook it till no longer pink and then add it to your stir fry.
All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the Glory of God.

I am envious of your smoked pork in the freezer... was it difficult to do? Does it taste like ham? I know its gotta be yummy.
Yes, we all love curry as well (I am not sure about Eddie.... but he doesn't count in the food poll; you know how that is). This sounds good. Steve's family used to do a Curry Party with company, where you have all sorts of additives with your curry and people put them on it... sort of like a baked potato party. They would have rice, chow mein noodles, raisins, peanuts, coconut etc... and people could build their bowl so to speak. He says it was great.
By the way, I now have my ingredients for the crock pot mac and cheese, and am going to make it to night along with a roast (of course the Roast is for my hubbies sake, I could eat the whole pot of mac and cheese myself), ha ha.
Love you bunches,
Pam
Hi Amy, I just love the idea of curry in stir fry. Just the smell of it makes my mouth water. I think I really need to make up this very dish! Thanks!
