A Valentine's Day Treat...

Will you be  Mine?!

Valentine's Day is fast approaching...
Preparations are being made
Valentine's Parties
Birthday Party for me!! (Smiles)
Special Teas
and of course
Sweet Treats to be made!!

Do you all have a favorite sweet treat for Valentine's Day?

I was experimenting again....
Yes, I know... it's rather addicting!

I love walnuts, dried cranberries and chocolate!
Who doesn't?!

So, I whipped up a batch to combine all my favorite
little snacks into ONE BIG Treat!

These would be a great gift for that
 special someone for Valentine's Day.

Homemade Walnut Cranberry Clusters

2 c. roughly chopped Walnuts
1 c. Dried Cranberries
1 bag Dark Chocolate Chips (or chips of your choice)
2 tsp. Coconut Oil
Mini Paper Lined Baking Cups, Optional

In a large saucepan combine the
chocolate chips and the coconut oil.
Stir constantly until melted.
Stir in your chocolate chips and dried cranberries.

Remove from heat and fill your baking cups or
you can spoon clusters onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet.

Place into fridge until they are hardened.
( I store mine in the fridge or freezer)

And here you have a slightly healthy sweet treat!

Try not to eat them all in one setting!

Who doesn't like a little
chocolate every now and again?!

This is by far Better than anything
 purchased at the store!

Wishing you All a Very Happy Valentine's Day!!

Hugs,

Hi Dear Amy! You just 'whipped' these up?? They look amazing! I love chocolate and walnuts (I might take out the cranberries, so it's not even remotely good for me!) so I think this would be a sweet treat with a mug of tea and a good book. Yum!

Happy planning, and happy tea party :)
