You Know You're Loved When...

Some may call this a weed...

But, I call it a special bouquet
of prairie flowers just for me!

My youngest son, picked them right from the field
and then placed them in one
of his Ninja Turtle cups
and then placed the cup
in my flower bed for me to find.

Aren't they pretty?

I would much rather receive these flowers
 than any store bought ones.

These are picked with Love!

This is something my boys
think of and do often for me.

I treasure these moments of kindness...

My youngest loves to give!

He has a great BIG heart and
loves to share with others!

A rose can say "I Love You"
orchids can enthrall,
but a weed bouquet in a child's fist,
Yes, that says it all.

And you know you're loved when...

You wake up to this on your sidewalk!

We must be doing something right...

I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Hugs and Blessings,
Amy

You are so blessed to have children that are so thoughtful! I truly agree "you know you are loved" when a child picks a weed from the yard and hands it to you, I too have experienced this with my grandchildren.

I call those fist fulls of love... I would take that bouquet over a dozen roses any day! Enjoy the love. :)

Oh Amy, what a precious story about your son leaving those flowers for you to find :) My heart is melting right now!

I hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Thinking of you.

I have a collection of notes that my son wrote when he was younger, they are all very sweet and precious to me. He loved to write I Love You to me:)))

I have received many a bouquet of dandelions and I have cherished every one! I also have kept the little notes they've left me or I have pictures of them. Those are the moments that really make parenthood rewarding, aren't they?

You're raising wonderful children!
