Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake

I made this cake this year for my mom in laws birthday.
Unfortunately, she didn't get to enjoy for about 3 to 4 days after because she was sick.
But, it was the thought that counts.
I hope you enjoy it and much as we all did!

Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake
1 box Chocolate fudge cake mix (Betty Crocker)
small container of sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup veg. oil
1/2 cup water
1 box of instant chocolate fudge pudding
1/2 bag of mini chocolate chips

Mix everything together in a large bowl on high speed till combined. Pour into a greased Bundt Pan, Bake in at 350 degree oven for about 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
Put a serving plate over the top of bundt pan and turn over so cake will come out on top.
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with your favorite frosting.
This is a super rich, moist cake and so worth every bite!

Perfect goody for this Christmas Season!

Give Thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.
