Easy Lemon Truffles...

Just popping in real quick to show you a simple

yet deliciously sweet treat!

Lemon Truffles!

These are so good and so easy to make.

I hope you all are having a wonderful start to your week.

It's all ready been busy around here

and I have so much to get caught up on.

Now.... 

Lemon Truffles

1 package of Lemon Oreo Cookies, crushed

1 package (8oz.) Cream Cheese, softened

1 bag white chocolate chips

1 Tbsp. coconut oil

sprinkles, optional

Place your Oreo cookies in a bag and 

crush them with a rolling pin.

Once crushed, place them in a large bowl 

with softened cream cheese. 

Mix together well.

Roll the cookie mixture into balls.

Place in the fridge while melting the chocolate.

Melt the chocolate chips and the 

coconut oil in a small saucepan

or you can use the microwave.

Stirring well, until smooth.

Once chocolate is melted, dip each ball and

 place on a waxed paper lined baking pan.

Sprinkle with sprinkles

and place in fridge until chocolate is hardened.

You can place the truffles in cute little liners

or serve on a plate.
