Have you ever just had one of those
cookies that makes your mouth water?
I have been on a cookie kick for quite some time,
but I also love to bake me, myself and I a cookie!
And, these are my F-A-V-O-R-I-T-E
of all time kind of cookie!
I'm sure most of you have this recipe,
but I am gonna share it with you anyways!
I have changed the recipe a wee bit to my liking,
so feel free to do the same when making yours!
Macadamia White
Chocolate Cookies
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour ( I use 1 c. white, 1 c. wheat)
1/2 tsp. b soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. white chocolate
chips
1 c. chopped
macadamia nuts
Preheat oven to
350.
Cream butter and sugars until light
and fluffy.
Add in eggs and
vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients and
bake for 10-12 minutes.
Don't they look inviting?
Maybe too inviting?
Yep... and this is why I don't bake them very often,
cause I can eat way more than I should in one setting!
Yummy!
Have a great day Friends!
Thanks for stopping By.
Hugs,

Amy, your cookies look delicious! I just may have to try these. Now is when I wish we could reach out and touch through the computer monitor! I'd grab me, myself and I a cookie! LOL!
Have a beautiful day...

ps...I'll be back again to visit, I've added you to my Blog List.
I believe I have had the honor of eating these cookies from your kitchen. Some of the best cookies ever… thank you so much for sharing them and this recipe. Just looking at them makes me hungry for them. I loved how you talked about cooking them for "me, myself and I"…I tell you what, sometimes you gotta do just that; just to satisfy. I used to cook, cook, cook what the kids loved; to keep happiness abounding; but I suddenly realized my tank had gone dry of the things I loved. So I started cooking them again… and kind of haven't stopped ever since. Heehee. Some of those things the kids realized weren't really too bad. And I decided if they didn't like Macaroni and cheese it was okay, because I would just eat it all myself.
I will be praying for you guys to find just the right car. We haven't gotten another yet ourselves. We wanted to sell off the old dump truck and a few other things. we So sold the trailer and a couple of other things. Still working on it though. In the meantime,we're getting along with just the truck.
I pray peace, possibilities and provision for you :)
Loved the Humming Bird Story you mentioned on your comment on my blog. That was so sweet.
These sound so very good. I haven't made any for ages. Maybe soon. The problem is that I cannot leave them alone!
Blessings,
Laura

Dear Amy. This is a very moist and rich cookie. I am so glad you linked this recipe up for the Party!
I believe having some fresh cookies right out of the oven is the best thing in the whole world! Or at least makes my day :o)
Love, Roxy
Now these cookies are a favorite of ours - my husband and I often "fight" over who gets the last one :)
I'd certainly like to try your recipe sometime and sometime soon!
Enjoy your long weekend, my friend. Hugs and blessings!
Amy,
These cookies look wonderful! I love this type of cookie but rarely ever make them, I don't know why because they are amazing. I can't wait to try your recipe out. Your pictures are gorgeous and I love your retro theme, so much fun!!
I am so cozy and inspired catching up here with you dear friend. I miss you and Roxy so much. I love that we can alway catch up by just a simple click on the computer. Its better then nothing.
I am feeling inspired again to start blogging. I think moving and unpacking is over now and I am ready to blog. You are certainly my inspiration Amy!
